For instance an oven, microwave, steam oven and drawer will fit into a tall unit in a niche that is 120 cm high.

The Microwave combination oven intelligently combines the benefits of two powerful appliances in a single 45 cm high niche. It is a fully-fledged oven with various operating modes and a powerful microwave oven at the same time. You can use the functions separately, for example, to bake bread or cakes using the oven function or make a quick cup of hot chocolate with the microwave function. The big advantage of this appliance, however, is that both functions can be used together. You can save up to 30% of the time, depending on the dish. Four different types of operation are available for perfect cooking in combination mode:
• Microwave with Fan Plus for quick baking and roasting
• Microwave with grill for rapid cooking of meat and fish, for example
• Microwave with fan grill for grilling steaks, rapid cooking and much more

The Miele steam combination oven fulfils all your cooking requirements. As a fully-fledged steam oven, it offers all the benefits of a solo steam oven. In addition, it is also an oven that is equipped with the wide variety of operating modes of a traditional oven. Its full prowess, however, is revealed during combi cooking - a combination of moisture and hot air, which produces perfect results particularly when baking and roasting. Increasing the humidity in the cooking compartment optimises baking and roasting results. Because bread dough, for example, is subjected to steam in the first few minutes of baking, it rises better. In contrast, moisture is introduced to meat only after it has been sealed and cooking is continued at a lower temperature. This achieves even and perfect results.
Three different functions are available for perfect meal preparation in combination mode:• Combi cooking/Fan plus to add more moisture for perfect results
• Combi cooking/Conventional heat for perfect results when baking bread

The drawers not only pre-heat crockery and keep food at serving temperature; the gourmet warming drawer can also be used as a cooking appliance.
